St André des Eaux facility has acquired a brand new 5 axis machine NMV 5000 DCG in order to answer to our customer's growing needs.

The very first part for 2AS facility!

Launched by E.S.P.A.C.E last December in Jemmel-Tunisia, 2AS workshop has manufactured its first parts. The plant is 3000 meter square and is 100% devoted to aerospace part manufacturing.

Brand new painting cabin

Saint André des Eaux facility has received its new painting cabin for painting touch'up and painting on detail parts and sub assemblies.

Launch of a brand new facility in Tunisia called 2AS

ESPACE has set up a manufacturing plant in Jemmel, Tunisia. This site wil be dedicated to machining, sheet metal work as well as assembly.
Manufacturing shall start this summer.

SENSATION's first airframe delivery

The SENSATION's first airframe was delivered to Aéroflying company on the 5th of March. In presence of the aircraft end-customer, Jean Claude Chatal took the oportunity to thank his St Nazaire and Toulouse teams for this "huge work, that was handled in a genuine team spirit". 6 Aircrafts are to be delivered and therefore, the serial production has started on a 40 aircrafts a year target.

EN 9100 Certification renewal

The EN 9100 certification renewal was successfully held both at St André and Muret facilities. The Bureau Veritas audit took place from the 1st to the 9th of December.

November 2009

SAE Aerotech

E.S.P.A.C.E. and ACE Aéronautique will be exhibiting on the next Seattle SAE Aerotech that will be held from November the 10th to the 12th. Jean Claude Chatal, Alain Chatal and Julie Carduner will be glad to welcome you on the fair trade French pavilion.

E.S.P.A.C.E. investment

Muret facility has acquired a brand new measuring arm ROMER OMEGA 2025 dedicated to bent tubes and sheet metal parts measurement. It is used with G-TUBE and G-SURF softwares.
Furthermore, Muret keeps developping the tube bendind activity with a new 8axis SILFAX bending machine.
